Aruba Hospitality Training Centre

Tourism is the economic lifeline of Aruba, and with its continued growth comes an increasing need for well-trained hospitality professionals. SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern is supporting the Mastermind Hospitality Group in establishing an international hospitality training centre on the island. The aim is to equip young talent with practical skills through training programmes based on the Swiss model, while sustainably strengthening the quality of tourism and services in Aruba. Key areas of focus include local skills development, a modular, competency-based curriculum and the establishment of a quality management system with official SHL certification.
